The Chester Fund extends a warm welcome to Donna Armand as the new Executive Director.
Donna will lead all development efforts of The Chester Fund, including annual, major and planned giving as well as campaign planning and implementation. She will also manage The Chester Fund office and staff and guide the organization’s strategic direction.
“The Board of Directors of The Chester Fund is very pleased that Donna Armand has joined The Chester Fund as its Executive Director,” said James McEntee, Board chair. “Donna brings an impressive track record of strong leadership in fundraising for education. We look forward to continuing the great work of The Chester Fund under her leadership.”
The Chester Fund Gains a Leader in the Field
Donna has spent nearly 30 years working in institutional advancement – the majority of it in the education sector. Most recently, she served as Vice President at Schultz & Williams, a national fundraising consulting firm, where she worked with clients of all types and played an active role in business development. She was an independent fundraising consultant for nine years and held senior fundraising positions at the University of Pennsylvania for more than 15 years.
